- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I switched from Progressive to State Farm because of Derek. I met Derek about 6 months ago and was immediately impressed with his character. He truly values his clients and always wants to help them. I am confident I will get the service that I deserve whenever I need help from Derek and his team. I also worked with Susan at Derek's office and I was very pleased with her help as well. She is very kind and sincerely cared that I understood exactly what my insurance plans had to offer. She even called to check in on me a couple days after my first visit to make sure I was clear with my plans. I wish I would have joined Derek sooner because I spent 8 years with Progressive over paying and getting far less coverage.
